By booking or using services at Feel Leaf Spa, 2nd Floor, Jewel Nursing Home, Opp. Juhu Club Millennium, Gulmohar Road, JVPD Scheme, Juhu, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400049, you agree to the following terms.

Eligibility

Services are available only to guests aged 18 years and above. Valid ID may be requested.

Bookings and arrival

• Appointments can be booked by phone or WhatsApp and are subject to availability.
• Please arrive 10 minutes before your slot. Late arrival may shorten your session so the next guest is not delayed.
• Please inform us in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Payments

Payment is to be made at the spa before or after the session as informed by our staff. We accept cash and UPI. Prices are as communicated at the time of booking and may change without notice.

Health and safety

• Inform your therapist of any medical condition, allergy, injury or pregnancy before the session.
• Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs will not be served.
• The spa may refuse or stop a service if it is unsafe or inappropriate to continue.

Conduct

We provide only professional wellness services. Respectful behaviour towards our staff is mandatory. Any misconduct, harassment or request for inappropriate services will lead to immediate termination of the session without refund, and may be reported to the authorities.

Personal belongings

Please keep your valuables with you. The spa is not responsible for loss of or damage to personal belongings.

Liability

Feel Leaf Spa is not liable for any reaction or discomfort arising from information that was not disclosed to us before the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
